Why do some Shorts show “No progressive MP4 found”?

Some Shorts are delivered with adaptive streams (separate video and audio). When a progressive MP4 isn’t available, we’ll let you know. We’re adding a server‑side merger to combine video and audio so you get a single MP4 file.

Can I download copyrighted videos?
